Covid-19 updates for City Skate Project customers

Follow this page to learn the latest updates and what they mean for you

Along with the safety of our employee(s), our priority is to continue supporting online customers. We think that it's especially important during these times to support our customers to work from home however we can.

This is a difficult time for everyone and we're working hard to adapt to this new reality. We'll continue to share information on this page, so check back often. (well i say that now, but I will do my best to update the supply chain shortage that we are in right now)

Summary

We are continuing to fulfill as much as we can.  We are  operating at basic capacity.  We are practicing extra safety measures. We still drink beer on the weekends, oh and we skate once a week to help keep our parks open but the streets are always nice and you won't get kicked out of a lot of places nowadays.

Be prepared for delays

Our fulfillment times will be longer than usual, and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. The entire industry is strapped with these challenges and we're seeing delays in our supply chain, including shipping carriers.

November 2020 Update

Industry-wide shipping issues
Shipping carriers in North America are struggling to process all the incoming orders, so there are industry-wide shipping delays. We're doing our best to get your orders out on time, but once they're in the hands of the carriers, it's up to their capacity. We see that the order deadlines provided by our carriers aren't fully reliable anymore, which means that some of your holiday orders might not arrive on time even though they were fulfilled by us and passed to the carriers before order deadlines.
December 2020
Our order deadlines may change
We’ll work our hardest to support our customers during the holiday season, but know that our fulfillment times and carrier shipping estimates may change at any time. We can’t promise our deadlines to stay the same, so please bear with us through these uncertain times and follow the latest updates. Thank you for understanding and stay safe!
